PRIVACY POLICY
This policy sets out:
(1) the information we collect about you when you visit our website, use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us,
(2) how we use, share, store, and secure the information, and
(3) how you may access and control the information.

In this policy, “HappyTummy.co.nz” or “we” refers to HappyTummy of South Waikato, New Zealand and “Platform” means our website at www.happytummy.co.nz and www.happytummy.nz. HappyTummy.co.nz is collectively referred to herein below as this “HappyTummy”, ‘we’, or ‘us’.

In this policy, “personal information” refers to any data, information, or combination of data and information that is provided by you to us, or through your use of our products or services, that relates to an identifiable individual.

1. What information we collect about you and how we collect it

We collect the following types of information about you through various means as below:
A – Account and profile information that you provide when you register for an account or sign up for our products or services, for example, your name, username or similar identifier, other personal description, job title, date of birth and gender, physical address, email address, telephone numbers(s) (collectively, “Account Data”).
B – Information you provide through support channels, for example when you report a problem to us or interact with our support team, including any contact information, documentation, or screenshots (collectively, “Support Data”).
C – Content you provide through use of our products or services, for example, comments and reviews (collectively, “User Content”).
D – Communication, marketing, and other preferences that you provide us when you participate in a survey or a questionnaire that we send you (collectively, “Preference Data”).
E – Information about your device or connection, for example your Internet Protocol (IP) address, log-in data, browser type and version, time-zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our products or services and information we collect through cookies and other data collection technologies (please read our Cookies Policy for details) (collectively, “Technical Data”)                                                                                   F – Information about your use of or visit to our platform, for example, your clickstream to, through, and from our platform, products/recipes you viewed, used, or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), or methods to browse away from the page (collectively, “Usage Data”).

Children Under The Age Of 13
HappyTummy is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on HappyTummy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.

 B – How we share the information:
There will be other services linked to your account, which will help us gather important information. If you register or log into your account using social media (for example: your Google credentials, Facebook account or Twitter account), we receive your name and email address to authenticate you, as permitted by your profile settings.
We share your details with minimal third party services, and those we do are only for such things as website and application development, data storage and backup, infrastructure, customer support, business analytics, and other services.
HappyTummy posts may contain third-party embeds such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter or Vimeo, and in some cases these may collect and store personal data. The use of personal data by embedded content providers is not covered by this statement, but by the privacy policies of those sites or services; please refer to their policies if you have questions relating to this.
C – How we store the information:
Despite our company being based in New Zealand – our hosting service providers are all based in the United States of America, so this means we do transfer information out of the country, but only as we need to in order to maintain and run HappyTummy. By using the HappyTummy services, you are agreeing to allow us to transfer and store your information within New Zealand and the USA, and any other country we will eventually operate in.                                                                                                                                         D – How we secure the information:                                                                                                                                                                              We use encryption (TLS/SSL encryption) to store your personal data, and to protect any data that is transmitted to and from our site. We also insist you have password protection set up for your account, we also have certain requirements that your passwords must have (at least 8 characters long, with a combination of letters and numbers). Please choose your password carefully, and do not share it with a third party.

3. How you may access and control the information.

HappyTummy retains personal data associated with your account for the lifetime of your account. If you would like to delete your personal information, you can delete your account at any time, and immediately upon deleting your information it will become unrecoverable in our system after a period of ten days.
You can also deactivate your account – this will look as though your profile has been deleted, however, we will retain all your information, and it will become available to you as soon as you sign back in.
Should you chose to opt-out of certain aspects of our website – such as marketing emails or weekly updates – you just need to update your preferences in your account, or contact us directly.

Cookies:
Are small files of letters and numbers that a website operator may store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer. Strictly necessary cookies are cookies that are required for the operation of a website.

Analytical/performance cookies allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors, and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example by ensuring that you, the user, find what you are looking for easily.

Functionality cookies are used to recognise you when you return to our website. This enables us to personalise our content for you, greet you by name, and remember your preferences (for example your choice of language or region).

Targeting cookies are cookies that record your visits to our website, the pages you have visited, and the links you have followed.

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on HappyTummy are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioural) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.” When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

If you are outside the European Union and opt to receive any free resources, we will automatically enrol you to receive our free email newsletter. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter, you can unsubscribe anytime.

We will retain the any information you choose to provide to us until the earlier of: (a) you asking us to delete the information, (b) our decision to cease using our existing data providers, or (c) HappyTummy decides that the value in retaining the data is outweighed by the costs of retaining it.
You have the right to request access to your data that HappyTummy stores and the rights to either rectify or erase your personal data. We require only the information that is reasonably required to enter into a contract with you. We will not require you to provide consent for any unnecessary processing as a condition of entering into a contract with us.

Do Not Track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
