This is a HUGE favourite in our house, the kids love the combo of the slight coffee flavour and the chocolate chips! If all else fails, this is what I bake late Sunday arvo, for lunchbox fillers on Monday - because I know they will always disappear!
Heat oven to 160oC.
Cream DF spread (butter) and sugar, add coffee and beat well.
Sift in dry ingredients.
Roll into golfball size balls, place on an oven tray and either flatten with a fork or two fingers.
Bake for 14-15 minutes, or until cooked.
