Ingredients

 1 Packet of GF Pasta
2 Tins of tuna (185g), we use smoked tuna - but if you can't, you can add some smoked paprika to the mixture instead
 1 Tin of corn kernals
White Sauce
 2 tbsp DF Spread
 ¼ cup Gf Flour
 2 cups DF Milk
Toppings
 ¼ cup GF Breadcrumbs
¼ cup DF Parmeson Cheese (if you have it available)
 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
Side Dish
 Fresh salad ingredients

Directions

1

Turn your oven onto 180oC

2

Pop a saucepan of water on the stove to boil.

3

Drain the two tins of tuna, pop them in a bowl along with the corn - mix together.

4

Once the water is boiling - add your pasta and cook according to instructions.

5

Make your white sauce:

Melt the DF Spread in a saucepan
Add GF flour and mix through
Add the DF milk a bit at a time, and stir until thickened - add more until the two cups of milk have been stirred through.

6

Once the pasta and sauce are both cooked - mix them through the tuna and corn, and then place in a casserole dish.

Mix the GF Breadcrumbs with the DF cheese and smoked paprika, and then sprinkle this mixture over top of the tuna mixture.

7

Pop in the oven and cook for 20 minutes on 180oC - or until the top is lightly browned and you can see the mixture bubbling a little bit.

While it is cooking - prepare your fresh salad.

Serve with the fresh salad on the side, and enjoy.
